1. General Terms
Welcome to phzzzz. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and phzzzz ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://phzzzz.app. By accessing any part of the phzzzz platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
phzzzz is intended solely for entertainment purposes. While real money is involved, online gaming should always be approached as a form of leisure — not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulty. 2. Eligibility
To use the phzzzz platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

- You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of phzzzz or any of its affiliated companies.

- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Philippine law.
phzzzz reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If a player is found to be under the legal age, all winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed. We take this seriously — not just for legal compliance, but because it is the right thing to do.
3. Account Registration
Each player may hold only one active account on phzzzz. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
phzzzz may require identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or in response to unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or PRC ID. Verification documents must clearly show your name, photograph, and date of birth.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. phzzzz will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on phzzzz are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). phzzzz does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.
Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:
- GCash and Maya e-wallets
- GrabPay and Coins.ph
- InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
- BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
- Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards
Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved by our support team for verified account security reasons.
phzzzz processes withdrawals within one to three banking days under normal circumstances. GCash and Maya transfers are typically the fastest, often completing within a few hours. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required. We will notify you via email or in-app notification if a withdrawal requires further review.
Any attempt to deposit funds obtained through unlawful means is strictly prohibited. phzzzz maintains the right to place a hold on any withdrawal pending investigation if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or unusual activity.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, phzzzz offers bonuses, free plays, cashback rewards, and other promotional benefits to players. All promotions are subject to specific terms which will be displayed on the relevant Promotions page at the time the offer is active. These promotion-specific terms form part of these general Terms and Conditions.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general rules apply to all phzzzz bonuses:
- Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- phzzzz reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if misuse, collusion, or abuse is detected.
- Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per IP address is permitted.
- Bonuses obtained by providing false information will be forfeited immediately.
phzzzz reviews its promotional offers regularly and may modify or discontinue any promotion at any time. Active players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions with reasonable advance notice.
6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on phzzzz use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer systems that are independently audited. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are final once confirmed by the platform. phzzzz does not and cannot alter individual game outcomes after they have been generated.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, phzzzz will attempt to restore the session to the point of interruption. Where this is not possible, the bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account. phzzzz is not responsible for losses attributable to the player's own internet connection or device failure.
Players are expected to act in good faith at all times. Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting systems without prior approval, or engage in any form of game manipulation will be considered a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phzzzz platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or facilitating access for a person who has been self-excluded or banned.
- Using any third-party software, bot, script, or automated tool to access or interact with the platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer games such as Poker and Pusoy.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with any part of the phzzzz platform or its infrastructure.
- Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
- Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or in any communication with phzzzz.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or referral schemes in ways not intended by their design.
Violations of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where legally required.
8. Responsible Gaming

phzzzz does not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulators as required to operate the platform and meet our legal obligations.
10. Limitation of Liability
phzzzz provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we invest heavily in uptime, security, and performance, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phzzzz will not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, winnings, or business opportunities resulting from platform downtime or technical errors not caused by phzzzz's own negligence.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
- Losses caused by the player's own failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by our own actions, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
11. Suspension and Account Closure
phzzzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months.
Upon closure of an account for legitimate reasons under these Terms, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable winnings) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within ten banking days, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.
If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you may do so at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal timeframe.
